Update template for using Joomla 3 in place of Joomla 2 |

I have a website based on Joomla 2.52-8 and I must upgrade this site a problem. When concert the template to a version who is usable voor Joomla 3 I los my menu structure.
How can I fix this?
The old site are www.zonapothekers.nl with Joomla 2
The new site are www.zonapothkers.nl/cms with Joomla 3
