How can I pad the center column? |

I'm building a 3-column site and although I'm able to pad the left and right columns, I can't find a way to pad the center content. The sheet width is set to "Fluid" at 100%.

If you look at the "Welcome to..." text, you'll notice that it butts right up against the left and right columns. Is there a way I can make some padding in that area in order to get some white space between the text and the columns?
I've tried every setting I could find in Artisteer 4 and I just can't seem to find it. The
