lenny,
You can change the Readmore title in the theme functions.php file. Simply search for the "Continue reading" through this file and change the text (in the two places).
You can change the design using its class
a.more-link {}
in the theme style.css file.

For users of WP Tuxedo this setting is located under Appearance -> Customize -> Home / Archive / Search Pages -> Content Read More Text

Hello Lenny,
Sorry but for now it looks like there is no possibility to implement this feature in the program for the following reasons:
1. Implementing the "More" or "Read more" functionality can be done from a CMS backend only (or manually by adding the code after export). Yes, there is a similar "Read more" link in sample Artisteer themes however ir seves only for illustration purposes.
2. Different types of templates can be created with Artisteer, and in those templates different default Readmore naming is accepted -- it differs in Wordpress, Joomla etc. That is why the changes will make sense after export only.

It is easy, if you dont mind change one core file. Dont know if it goes with functions.php, it sholud go.
Use Firebug and search for this, then just change it to your css class, default or custom depending what you used in export.

Are you the maker of tuxedo? I see you promote it a lot lol. So what all CAN YOU DO with it? I was thinking of using it. But I have the templateer and really never used anything, it came with.

If you want to change read more, in wp admin, appearance / theme options (for templateer) - find the "advanced" options and you can change the "read more" link to say anything you want there. Even change it to a button or use your own image.
That's for aritisteer / templateer 4.1. No idea about newer versions.

Thanks Knight, but I am not using it anymore since I upgraded my artisteer and it will not work with the latest.
Anyone know how else to edit read more? I just want a simple border around it to make it look boxed in.

It's so weird I am using the FAQ plugin and my read more settings now have to be changed inside that plugins causes. Found that out a while ago in firebug.
I changed the style, color, etc, but was not sure about the border. I will try thank you.
