For some reason, the right column is not appearing on the Frontpage of my site but it is appearing on all other pages.

my first guess would be that your right columns are not set to all pages, but without looking at screen shots of your settings is hard to tell honestly

having the same issue, modules are set to all pages, and showing fine on all except the home page

also works fin in firefox, only issue is in IE

theres a pretty good plugin for IE i can't remember right off the top of my head, look for it at the JED

Try validating your website on W3C validator and disabling the installed plugins/modules/components(for testing purpose).
