Please help - layout screwed, middle column gone |

I got my template done enough I has happy with it to test it (didn't load in menu images etc). I had a similar layout to what is on my site now (trying to recreate it) at http://www.scifivision.com
I am using joomla 1.5
Here is what the page is SUPPOSED to look like
And here are some photos of what it did when I turned the template on (I can't leave it on since it's a live site:
This is the main part of the home page. You can see that the main column is not there:

The main column is actually sort of in the third column it looks like:

But on parts of the page it looks even worse:

Finally decided to buy it, but not if it's not going to work. The other thing that sucks is the trial crashed. It took me that long to get that random one I edited. When I start from scratch all of the header options (to put outside of the sheet) are not there except on certain random layouts. Isn't there a way to set it without going through random? Because to try again I have to completely start over...
PS I apologize if this ends up as one big block of text it looks that way in the preview I couldn't figure out how to fix it.

I'm having the same problem, what is strange is it works OK on my Turnkey Joomla box, but, when I load it to my webhost it's impossible to read.

It seems to be a configuration issue, simply contact Artisteer support and they'll correct it within minutes.

I did and they tried to tell me it was because some of my code wasn't validated, but I've never had the problem before. Then I decided to buy the program and found the new update and it fixed it as far as I can tell. Of course I can't check the old template I made before because it was with the trial and I couldn't save it, but the one I'm working with now still has the menu outside the sheet and works.
I do really wish though that regardless of what random template you choose that you could change all options with none grayed out or start from scratch
