Right Column Only Showing on Front Page ? Want it on All |

Hello,
I only purchased Artisteer yesterday and so far so good although I have installed my first template and the view in the program is an example of the frontpage only it seems.
I would like the right column to be on the right of EVERY PAGE. (see image)
Also I have a news feed coming from google at this point but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to Change the layout of each news point? They look BAD.
Could someone kindly lead me in the right direction? Which template?

By default the side column(if any) should display on every page, make sure you haven't assigned some other template to other pages.
