Hello. I struggle with one thing.
I created blogger template with Artisteer.
Everything works just fine but the About Me section. After uploading a profile picture it displays with nasty bold grey frame around. See below on the right hand side navigation

Is there any way to control it with Artisteer?
I tried to find it in blogger template html code but with no success.
How to get rid of this frame or make it thinner?

Not quite sure since I don't use that section but you might try
Sidebar>>Content (Just left of the Styling button) >>Border
That would be where I would start

Having the same problem, tried Don's suggestion and it does not work...

You need to change this in the html of your blog. It's a blogger thing not an Artisteer thing. You can find the CSS to style this by clicking on Edit HTML in your Blogger's Design Page on the Dashboard. Just look for .profile-img {
and you'll see the different styling options.
