If you mean how is the best way to give it out to friends, I would suggest putting everything in a zip and uploading it to a file hosting site like Mediafire.com and send them the link. They would have to upload the images themselves to their own host though if I remember rightly as exporting blogger templates means that Artisteer implements it to your blogger.
