How do i get 100% height of left and right column? |

I´m about to place menu´s in the right and left columns and want the background color to go from the top to the bottom of the columns.
Is there a way to do that?

Same problem. The background color ends where the text ends and then there is a different background, the sheet background.

In version 2.4 go to sidebar-> sidebar styling-> styled.
