Hello,
<BR></BR>
<BR>1st Let me said “Thank You” I LOVE Artisteer! I stopped using my <BR>FrontPage, Dreamweaver and even my XSitePro 2.
<BR>I have learn to somewhat master Artisteer, It’s Super!
<br></br>

<BR>2nd This request is not like:
http://www.artisteer.com/?post_id=103717&p=forum_post&topicsPage=6&forum_id=10
<br></br>

<BR>I design, setup and launch Websites for very small local businesses. I <BR>charge only $99 for everything (not trying to get rich) and they pay after I <BR>design it and only if they like it. Then I set it up and launch it.
<br></br>

<BR>Will You PLEASE Make an edition of “Artisteer” (upgrade in my case) <BR>that the design workstation does not have at the very top “Artisteer 2 Standard Edition” and the <BR>footer “Powered by WordPress and WordPress Themes created with <BR>Artisteer” at the bottom and any other branding words. This would allow <BR>us the user to show our screen with the actual design workstation <BR>(Application) as we build the design in front of clients.

<br></br>
<br></br>

<br></BR>

<BR>Maybe for a coming edition you can even give us the option of adding <BR>our own branding/business name, logo or image.
<br></br>

<BR>But for now can you PLEASE just remove them and give us a link for the <BR>upgrade. I understand you may have to charge us a little something for <BR>the upgrade. But again I am sure my fellow users will be Thankful.
<br></br>

<BR>I am sure this feature will go over BIG and up your sales even more. I <BR>know your sales are already great :-)
<br></br>

<BR>I have searched this forum for this info. If it is already posted on how to <BR>remove it please share, thank you very much.
<br></br>

<BR>Please add your name below if you feel this feature may be of value to <BR>you, you could build designs in front of clients without them knowing <BR>your source.
<br></br>
<br></br>

Thank you,<br>
Cheryl

Hi Cheryl,

I think you need to edit text in a plain text editor before pasting your post !

Now on to your question...
Have you seen the export options in Artisteer?

The text you describe in the application do not necessarily translate to the exported files

It is very simple to remove any mention of Artisteer in your source code.

The word Artisteer appears in 4 files in a WordPress Theme, and takes about 1 minute to remove...

Hello Dave,

Thank you, I am so sad that it came out looking like that.

No, I am not talking about the export options for the theme, I know about that and about the Program Files.

I am only talking about the top of the actual design builder, in the dark gray/black title area - top middle. and the very bottom of the design builder.

Lets say:
I am sitting with a client and they are looking at my laptop screen and watching me use Artisteer (Design Builder) to build their design live in front of them. I don't want the "Artisteer 2 Standard Edition" or the footer phase “Powered by WordPress and WordPress Themes created with Artisteer" showing on the actual design builder. I would like to pay for a upgrade to be able to Private Label the whole "Design Builder"

I am not talking about the output theme.

That would not be possable...

changing the actual software name to look
like you have made the software

this is not some 2 buck program you can resell
its up there with with the best of the big software names...

you wouldnt ask ( or if you did they would tell you where to go)
adobe , nero , roxio , if they will allow yu to change the name
on there software from nero burning rom to

Cheryl'd dvd writer software
Cheryl's photo suit
Cheryl's media center

there just not going to do that.......

Hi Cheryl,

I see what you mean now...

Personally I can't see this as a tool I use in front of a client....

But that is your choice & as caz-daz said this is never going to happen...

cheers Dave

Hello,

This type of service is not new to me. Car-Daz

It does not have to give us the option to put our business names, just the option for it to be removed. I used a service called "SiteGalore" for 3 years and it is a much more complex script. It is a Web based/online web builder service that lets you have the option to pay and make it Private Label. It is up there with the best of the big software names too. Check it out:

http://www.sitegalore.com

And NO It is NOT EVEN a 5 BUCK Program, but they thought of their users enough and gave that option to make it "Private Label"

Dave I am sure this is not your case, but I do understand that for the users that charge a arm and a leg, they would not want anyone to see them build it quick using one of Artisteer already made Theme Designs. I do not use it to build simple blog type sites, I have learned to master building beyond that with it. I build and clone complex custom flash sites with Artisteer for only $99 installed LIVE on the spot at their job or home. So when you said you can't see using it in front of a client, wait till you learn to master all it can do. Yes I do use 2 to 3 other scripts with it to get the job done.

For the record, I do not want to resell it. I Just want to be able to build clients site with them looking at a "NO BRAND NAME" Artisteer.

Maybe you two are not creative enough to see the big picture. No problem.

All I am asking is what price for this option, upgrade for the users that may want it.

Thank you
Cheryl
