Thanks, Mark C! I had heard/read of that module, but forgot about it.

OK, a question: did you have to do anything special to Drupal to get the horizontal navbar at the top to show the buttons? I've got my primary links in the "menu" area just as they should be, but the buttons aren't showing, just the text.

I just finished this site for a custom golf club company at http://westcoastcustomclubs.com I added some custom media query css to unload some content when the browser is narrowed. This makes the site work very well on a tablet or smartphone. I also added 4 custom content types with views so they just add content and all the navigation takes care of itself. I also optimized the seo and they are already at the top if you search "custom clubs bellevue". With page caching, the average page load time is around a half a second on shared hosting!
Now I just need to finish my own site.

The site for my new website business just launched. It's built on Drupal 7.x, with theme by Artisteer for Mac OS X:
<a href="http://mrmwebmax.com">mrmwebmax.com</a>
Every other site mentioned on mine that I built are also Drupal sites (6.x and 7.x) themed with Artisteer. Artisteer is an awesome program, and one I plan to use for all Drupal sites moving forward.

OK, my link didn't come through. I'll try this one more time.
