Make sure you are selecting the correct Joomla version while exporting the template from Artisteer.

Hello Lucy,
Is there any error message? What Artisteer version do you use (File -> About)? Please note that if you are using Artisteer 4.2, the application should be activated so that exporting templates becomes possible.
You may also wish contacting Artisteer support directly via http://www.artisteer.com/Default.aspx?p=support and providing all the details in the support ticket.
