Would love some comments on my first real design with artisteer and joomla 1.6. Not 100% complete but on its way. What would you like to see or change? Oh and you should watch it with Chrome since it has some CSS3 !

Thanks and keep up all the work!

How do you make the background change?

Hi,
this is my first real site for commercial use.
http://www.metadrill.at
Layout came from an agency.
Realised it with 2 different Artisteer 3.0 templates, hacking the .css and some .php files
Joomla 1.6.6
Breezingforms
Form2Content Pro
m17n
j4age
akeeba

In any way, I will stay with artisteer to design the template base.
Adjustments are easy to make. The main work is the documentation of all the changes if the template base is changed. (When I have to change to Joomla 1.7)

I'm sure some adjustments could be done in a more intelligent way.
Any recommandations are wellcome.

best regards
Michael

Well, I DID have something in this thread but it isnt here any longer!!

My site, done with Artisteer, is www.readournovels.com where you can be an author online and earn a living. According to people who go there, the site is easy to use which was the whole idea. It isnt gorgeous because the site is for the author's benefit. It has been updated late January 2012 if anyone saw it in December 2011.

Here you can see some of my samples. Everyone is made with Artisteer. Few of those are made with Wordpress, one with Moodle but most of those are made with Joomla.

This is my last work with Artisteer standard edition.
I've used a flash gallery and shop module customized for the site.

Next step is to add the multi language support.

Here's my website, originally created in Artisteer before I hacked it up in code view in Dreamweaver and Wordpress. Phew, got there in the end!
It works a treat in Firefox and Safari, sadly I'm still having CSS issues in Crome and of course, the evil Internet Explorer. If anyone knows a CSS guru in cross browser issues please email me at nick@brandandwebdesign.com. Thanks peeps!
