Is it possibel to create a block, without any pre named header. for adds t.e.

Artisteer includes a selection of different block styles and the second block style is a simple one without a header.
However, at this time Artisteer does not support multiple block styles within a single theme, therefore you may want to try creating two themes and manually copying a block style from one theme to another.

The software DOES create the "blank" block for you, you just don't see it.
The only time it is used is when you add additional Widgets to the sidebars. What you see in Artisteer are just examples of what those sidebar widgets are going to look like.

I've looked but can't find answer.
How do you get a clickable link in a page to have the template Button feature?

You can try adding text widget going appearance-> widgets from your Wordpress admin and placing your clickable link in that text widget.
