Hey I was still using 4.1 until fairly recently. (I stopped buying Artisteer when they forced an online connection.)
I was using 4.1 all this time with some special 3rd part export plugins that brought it up to modern standards.
This year I hit a wall and I realized I can't easily squeeze anymore good modern websites out of Artisteer. It's done. Everything Extensoft has to offer is already past it's prime. Even their new stuff. It's all many years behind and many years too late to be of any use.
Now day's I'm using an offline WampServer along with Elementor Pro to easily create modern websites. Then I just publish them online when I'm finished.
It's been working like magic. As good as or better than Artisteer when it was dominating the internet.
Hope this helps.

I wonder how many companies can go on like this one, giving their middle finger to their client base. People like Artisteer for what it did - making a very large task simple. We're not interested in Themeler. Are you listening?
Either bring in a new version that works and addresses the modern web or fold the company and stop stealing peoples money with the lie that you're going to.
Better yet, just admit your failure and open source the code base so that others can move on.
