Looks like it still forces an internet connection to use.
I'm content with using Artisteer for the header, menu, and footer theme design.
Then using SiteOrigin for all my content needs.
With these two things, you can make any modern looking website with modern features.

Wouldn't it be cool if someone made a standalone modern wordpress theme development software.
I mean a software that would let you design everything except for the content. So you could use any page builder you want with it.
It would be great to have a software that lets me design the header, footer, menus and styles and export to a wordpress theme without any other unneeded bloat complicating things.
Just a thought.
