I have to agree. I have also upgraded and the support has been very poor. I've currently been waiting three full days for a response to a basic request for help.
Unacceptable....come on Artisteer.

I also have upgraded and get NO response on or my postings and not at all from customer support! THIS IS BAD! I am posting this already on every community I can find. ARTISTEER is dead. ARTISTEER DESKTOP VERSION IS OUTDATED!!!!!!! (FOR BLOGGER USE!!!)

OK, if Artisteer doesnt respond (like with me) Than we have to all to BBB. You can make an account online and complain and BBB will contact Artisteer.

Go check the BBB site. Artisteer has a F rating already!!! It has an F rating for 5 years. You didn't check before you buy or upgraded? Nobody cares. Move along. Stop wasting your money.

I wasted good money paying for upgrades that never came..... better to use pablosoft than this now...
things keep breaking and themler is just clunky nonsense!

Case#: 206421 - No Support Response
I've had to replace a computer for a client... and when I reinstalled Artisteer... I get a message telling me the License Activation Limit Reached message…
Some time back I had this issue I had this same issue on MY Artisteer install and someone gave me a hand resetting the key...
Does anyone know how I can contact Artisteer to resolve this issue?
