Hi!
Unfortunately I can not give any guarantees that Artisteer will be updated in the future. We keep on supporting the application, but we do not know if the updates will be available in the future.
And also Themler is developing very rapidly and we do improve it every day so I hope that one day it will work fine for you. Also do not hesitate to contact Themler support regarding any issues and questions. They will be glad to help and probably your issue will be solved in the nearest time.
Best regards,
Tanya

Themler is a bug-ridden and poorly supported. Just like the ridiculous decision to try and be all things to all people when Artisteer tried HTML sites and every other little tinpot CMS, they did even worse splitting resources with Themler.
I'm done with Themler. Support is so slow and bugs are too many.

I've paid to have a working Artister and its updates, NOT for unusable Themler.
It's just like if you pay for a dishwasher and then you receive a (broken) TV.
This is a very unfair behaviour.

Dude, wake up! You're like the chump who reads all the bad reviews for a dishwasher and buys it then complains about it afterwards.
People have been ranting here for years on the lack of updates. There are so many posts. You're just realising it now? Artisteer hasn't been updated in years. They aren't going to update it. Accept it and move on. Sorry you threw away your money.

Actually, I really like Artisteer. I used it today for a client. So easy and quick and easy to customize. I've been a paid user for many years and will be happy to pay to keep it going. However, it looks like support has stopped so I don't know if there's any point in renewing in June when my subscription expires.
I just really hope that it will continue to activate when exporting an Artisteer theme. Otherwise, we won't be able to make changes to any of the websites we've built over the years.

I've never read an end-of-life or an end-of-support announce about Artisteer product and, as far as I can see, the product is still downloadable and supported (they say). They keep taking money for a product officially supported, updated and debugged while really it is not.
Also, all reviews about the "dishwasher" (including mine) where good, I've bought THAT dishwasher (officially still in production and supported) but I received a "broken TV" (not requested) and no updates or "spare parts" for the dishwasher, which I paid for, are produced. This is the story.

You are right but so is Dude. Read between the lines. No Windows updates in 2 years.

Over ARTISTEER. And Themler is a waste of money and my time.
"Themler is created by the Artisteer Team - creators of industry leading theme generation software".
Why is Artisteer Team spending all the time on Themler software and not updating Artisteer....
NO customer loyalty!!!. If no updates for 2016 then I am out and hope ARTISTEER and Themler Die off...
