Not sure what artisteer support is doing these days
But your problem might be able to be resolved by someone on this forum if we knew the issue.

Hi James,
I paid for Artisteeer and I have been using it for years. I would expect them to tell me if they are withdrawing support for it.
I realise that the focus is Themler (which I haven't got to grips with yet) but since my licence is still valid I would hope that they are still doing support.
I'll start a new thread on themler for my query since there are some others trying to get support for artisteer support tickets.
If I don't get any help there I'll post back here - at least that forum will let me know when I get a reply

I'm wondering the same thing? I asked for support from them on 1/16/16 in regards to my header missing in every web browser (except for Google Chrome) ...my blog is eccentricdesignstudio.blogspot.com

Hey Tish,
You have 14 errors which is most likely caused by a script.
If you can remove the first script then the header may load.
