Facebook (FB) recently updated their social plugin widget, enabling site owners to embed a widget that can stream activity of a FB page onto a site. Here's the link: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/page-plugin

It would seem that the current plugin will be discontinued after 6/23/15 - here's the link to the news: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/deprecated which means it will not work after this date.

Unfortunately, the new embed code is a little different in that it has a <blockquote> snippet, which does not work with an Artisteer-built site, as it will render the widget as a blockquote.

Here's the snippet of the embed code in question and it has the FB page as the feed for test purposes. Take special note of the blockquote tag:

<div class="fb-page" data-href="https://www.facebook.com/facebook" data-hide-cover="false" data-show-facepile="true" data-show-posts="false"><div class="fb-xfbml-parse-ignore"><blockquote cite="https://www.facebook.com/facebook"><a href="https://www.facebook.com/facebook">Facebook</a></blockquote></div></div>

You can try it out and see the results..You also have to put in the Javascript SDK as well.

This will impact anyone w/ the FB widget on their site w/ the old code, as it will no longer work after 6/23/15. Any suggestions?

Is there any other way to do that?
