All margins for the image are set to 0.

Content- Shape-Content styling. Both need margin, padding top to be zero.
Maybe you need to do it manually in CSS, depending how rest is done in your case.

Not sure this is what your after, but I went to your website, the right side is different then in screenshot here, quessing you changed it a bit.
But in FF , I add a top margin to the picture and it aligs with the top of the word fitzgerald.
Go in the page editor and add a top margin to picture.....example would be like this:
<img style="margin-top: 10px" width="492" height="366" src="images/middleimage.jpg">
Again, may not be what you were after but aligns the two tops
