Blog Page : Secondary Sidebar Not Showing Up |

so, i finished my wordpress theme upload it in my server and this issue came up.
both on artisteer v.4.2.0 and chrome preview of the blog page shows perfectly fine.

but after ive uploaded it on my wordpress server... only 1 sidebar shows up. The secondary sidebar doesnt show

i made sure that the "Show Secondary Sidebar on Page" under theme options of the page is ticked and a widget is placed on the secondary widget area.
this only happens on the blog page itself. All other pages shows primary and secondary sidebars.
Is there anything i missed? please help. im starting to lose my hair
