Menu Items not responding-Cursor |

Have an odd issue. First time in years I have experienced this with artisteer and/or wp.
If anyone has a clue where to look or what to fix please help.
Heres the issue:
I have a horizontal menu. When you put the cursor on the link/tab/name it doesnt respond. You have to put the cursor on the lower left of the tab.
Any clue?

Can be considered resolved, as its working correctly now.
Not sure exactly what the issue was though. I changed the layout and margins and all is working now.
