Hi,
I'm trying to design my own blog theme for wordpress. I'm a total newbie.
It's a basic 2 column blog design. The column for the main text is on the left. On the right, all i have is a search bar. I want to do more with the column than just cycle through other designs for the search bar.
I want to add stuff, other categories. like: "about me" and "blog archive" and etc.
How do I do that?

Hello Tyler, adding features like this would be after you upload your theme. You can then add your archive to side widgets from the admin area.
In your Artisteer design however you can add things like Facebook and Twitter buttons and other widgets if you have the HTML code. You can also add a vertical menu to these areas as well.
