Wordpress site showing featured content widget above everything? |

I added a widget that shows off featured content and along with appearing in the proper place below the navigation bar and slideshow it also placed the same widget above the entire content of the website (see: http://geoscience.wisc.edu/museum_wp/ ).
I'm sure I'm missing something obvious, but I haven't been able to figure it out, so any help would be greatly appreciated!
