Column 1 Width Grayed Out. Anyone Know Why? |

I've spent 2 days trying to figure out why this is happening and I desperately need help...
This is Artisteer 4.0 in Windows Vista.

The application allows to set the width of the sidebar. In your layout the sidebar is column #2. Column #1 is content. If you change the layout so that the sidebar is on the left, then column #1 will be a sidebar, column #2 will be content.
