Fixed Header into Wordpress Theme - Shapes problem!?

(Because i don't know very good the CSS language, i will be happy if someone help me to fix my problem). I want to fix my header with my menu fixed to stay on the top of browser when i scrolling down with my mouse. Until now, i edit the css code into my style.css and i make the header and menu fixed but only the horizonal menu i can move left or right... i have 2 shapes into my heade too but these shapes are alignment to the left of my browser! I try to move these shapes like the h.menu but i dont find anything. Please let me know if someone can help me to fix that.
