Show ALL COMMENTS Button in Pager |

I have a WordPress Artisteer 4.1 Theme to my website, which gets many comments, which we 'page' into 50 comments per page, so often there is say 10 or 12 pages of comments.
The Pager has no "SHOW ALL COMMENTS" button and I would like to add one.
Does anyone know how to add that or edit the code to get one?
