WP Tuxedo is a solution that works. Also, there's lots of people willing to help here:

Whatever.
So for your Artisteer purchase you also want, for free, the blood, sweat and tears of technical support people that have nothing to do with Artisteer? I get it. You must be a designer?
go read and implement the instructions on the woocommerce site. That's free.
Oh, and you're welcome.

We are using WooCommerce on 2 Artisteer/Templateer 4.0 sites with no problems at all. You are only seeing a warning about a possible issue. If you don't have that issue, ignore the warning.

Zotek, I'm the creator of WP Tuxedo and I have no affiliation with Artisteer. Tuxedo does have WooCommerce support, if you don't use Tuxedo you can follow the WooCommerce instructions for integration. Tuxedo uses the hook method, but you may find the woocommerce_content() method easier: http://docs.woothemes.com/document/third-party-custom-theme-compatibility/

And while I know everyone loves Woo Commerce, Ecwid does not have any of the issues Woo does and works regardless of theme layout. Sorry but I had to add that.

I tried ECWID years ago when it first came out.
It's a product by the people that created X-cart.
It also loads off their server so sometimes it was really slow.
X-cart is better.
Also it costs more.

There are a number of ecommerce plugins that work just fine with artisteer templates. The woocommerce issue is really just a warning that there MIGHT be issues that they WILL NOT help you solve. It is relatively safe to ignore the warning unless you notice a specific issue with your store. I wouldn't suggest ECWID for the simple reason that their "FREE" version is an incredibly limited option. They bare bones the system in order to get you to buy the subscription to their shopping cart... you are also at the mercy of their server speed/up time... if their site is down or slow, your going to lose customers and that's just not something I want to take a chance on... stand alone ecomm plugins that don't require an always on connection to a third party server are the way to go...
