If you're using images from Flickr, which you must be, they have to be attributed to Flickr, it's part of the license for using them.

Hi, lenny,
Some of the Artisteer images add that notice into a template. Check sidebar-footer.php for either the credits or else the call to the credits.

Hello,
The matter is that 'Image by Flickr' line is added if you insert images using More Online option. If you do not use these images or have removed them already, you may remove this signature, for this please add this code to File -> Export -> CSS options:
#art-licence-links {
display: none;
}

ermmmm, i dunno, why would Trevor think you were using images from Flickr? Clearly he wasn't aware that you were a 'designer' or, i'm certain he'd *never* have thought that!
Sheesh..

It really is a right pain as you have no idea if the images that the auto "suggest a design" come licenced from Flickr. Even if you remove the images the footer still remains.
