I have a problem with the header in my joomla templates. The header works fine with articles etc. When installing plugins at certain pages it move the logo to the left and menu to the right. I have tried to turn responsive Web Design off, but same thing happens. When using firefox it will move the logo also to left and menu to the right on certain pages, but when i open firebug it puts it back in its place. Only thing i can see is that there is a vertical scrollbar on the page now since firebug is at the bottom. The logo is image in the header and the menu is also in the header.
Anyone have an idea what the problem could be?
Thanks

1. export as a joomla template
2. click 'options / css'
3. add folowing to css-code:
.right
{
position:absolute;
right:0px;
}
place " right" into module class suffix (don't forget space)

This works fine on pc-monitor but not on smartphone (right and left overlap)

My issue with the header from the latest version 4.2, is nothing I put in the header (Position-30) can "recognise" the width of the position. I put a responsive slideshow in, it does not display, I put the same slideshow into position 15, it works perfectly.

I put a table in position 30, set it's width to 100%, and it does not fill that area at all, in fact it is tiny in width.

Weirdly, when you use the ?TP=1 everything displays properly in the header area, so, I have no idea what is going wrong there. For this website, I had to give up on trying to do it.
