Hi! I need some help desperately. I created a template using artisteer. I installed it into joomla 3.1.5. It said it installed successfully. When I make it the default, and then try to view the live page, I get this error:
The template for this display is not available. Please contact a Site administrator.
However - to throw a wrench in this... on one computer running Firefox 24 it showed this error, as did it when I tried to view it on Chrome. But if I view it on my other computer also running Firefox 24 and it shows correctly on it!
The site is bethworthywebdesign.com/kidsracesupdate

Hi,
Could you please try to activate the default Joomla Beez template to see if the issue persists. Now I see only directory list when trying to access the link you have provided above.
Best regards,
Tanya

None of the templates are displaying... even Beez or the other joomla default templates.
The link is: bethworthywebdesign.com/kidsracesupgrade (I typed it incorrectly above)

The link works fine in my Firefox on Windows 7 system.
Since the front-end gives the error with Beez theme as well, the issue is not related to a theme.
Maybe it's system or browser specific.
Best regards,
Elvira
