artisteer 4 arabic problem

the problem is when i try to write arabic words in footer or in the body its simply disappear just like if i didint write anything ...
in artisteer it shows the arabic words that i have written but when i go to preview it in browser it disappears.
but in artisteer 3 it works fine any suggestion?
