@Gab75 - A few ways to achieve this:

This artisteer thread talks about adding module positions.
http://www.artisteer.com/Default.aspx?post_id=192593&p=forum_post&forum_id=20

Also, artisteer 4.1 allows adding positions in the header.

3 files to edit:
templateDetails.xml
index.php
template.css

This should get you started.

Need more help, let me know.

We bought a graphical application and when we want to add a module we must go to modify files ?

I understand why people often ask "how to add a module" because the answer they expect is how to add a module with artisteer. They don't need any php lesson or anything else ;-)
