I exported Learnology sample to Joomla with option "Include content". On homepage of sample you can see at least 5 articles (3 with read more). In Joomla all homepage articles are in only 1 article called Home. What should I do to have in Joomla 5 articles and not only 1?

You need to cut desired content from one article, add new articles and paste it there.

The examples in the sample templates are not blog rolls as in Joomla (as in a category blog), they are just rows of divs to make it look like that (if you click the read more links you will see they go nowhere, they aren't real articles. You do need to actually create the articles you want and make the links yourself (remember artisteer doesn't just help design for Joomla)
