None of my sliders work anymore. I use Layer Slider but I have tried about 4 or 5 others with the same result.
I thought the issue was the updated version of Wordpres 3.5.1 but it seems to be a theme issue with every them I created using the latest version of Artisteer 4.1 (ending in 61)

Sliders do not work in the Atristeer 4.1 (latest version). I was blaming it on Wordpress Update but used an older version of the them created in the previous version of Artisteer 4.1 and the slider works fine. I am created very slider dependent themes so this is URGENT!

Try Wowslider, or even better Meta Slider, if they can help you out. Those work fine for me.

Two bug I found with Artisteer version 4.1.0.59861
1. Sometimes when adding content ion a new page and you select text to create a bullet list the software crashes the moment you click on the Bullet Button. This has happened several times to me. The page just hangs and says (not responding) (Windows 7)
2. Sometimes the Export Options does not give the option to add a favicon. It just greys this option out. Not from file or from the clipart. Donno why but this happens 1 out of every 4 templates I create.
Hope this helps.
Cheers

Hi Lenny,
Turned out, the background color is applied to <div class="art-postmetadataheader"> which is responsible for meta tags. When there are no meta tags, such <div> is not generated. You can apply the color to <h2 class="art-postheader"> tag instead. For this go to File - Export - Options - CSS Options and add this code:
.art-postheader {
background: #FA681E;
}
where #FA681E is your background color.
Unfortunately, it's not planned to fix this issue for the future updates.
Sorry for this.
Best regards,
Elvira

Quote Carmel:
Hello,
I found what I was doing wrong, I was exporting as a Wordpress Template instead of a Wordpress Theme.
It is all working as it should be, thanks very much.
Cheers
Carmel
PS if only I could validate this....
Thanks Carmel, I was doing the same too and your solution worked for me
