Mine never had been clickable can you just tell me how I can make them. Am I designing wrong or something?

 Well Its pretty Easy.
If you have used header Text for your blog then the TEXT is clickable to your home page.
And
If you looking for whole header to redirect to your blogger homepage.
Then you have to custom edit it through blogger html editing page.
If you send me your blogger link, I may be able to help you with coding ^__^
