Ability to treat header as content |

The content layout features, which can be applied to the footer, would be really handy in the header too.
Also there appears to be a bug whereby header content (shapes etc) does not get exported/imported. Would love to see that fixed.

More flexibility in what content is added to the header would be good.
For example:
- A clickable logo widget ( I know I can do this with a shape but a dedicated widget would be better)
- Language selection menu (for multi-language wesites)
- To add other social media site links (again could use shapes but a dedicated widget would be easier)
- The Flash animations is nice but we should be allowed to do purely HTML5 versions.
I'm sure there are other things that other people can up with so the header and footer should be able to accommodate.
