I updated a theme and saved under a new name. The horizontal menu just won't show up. I changed layouts, deleted and re-saved under a new name, cleared the Wordpress cache.
I'm using the current Mac version and current Artisteer version.

I decided to take the working theme with no changes, only Save As under a new name and the same thing occurs. The horizontal menu does not appear.
This is not browser specific.
Might be related to the last Wordpress updated which was major.

OK, final summary...
Fresh start. Removed, then installed Artisteer.
Artisteer needs a fix or update for the Mac version.
Any new or updated themes created using the Mac version of Artisteer will not show the horizontal menu. If you have a working theme, leave it alone until Artisteer releases an update.
I even took working themes from other sites and they don't work once installed.
PROBLEM...
Any Artisteer theme installed on a current version of Wordpress will not show the horizontal menu if you are using the Mac version.
Your updated and new themes will appear fine in the Artisteer "Browser Preview" for any browser, but will not show the horizontal menu on the actual theme install on an current version of Wordpress.
I have not tested the Windows version of Artisteer.
Could mean that at least the Mac users cannot to anything until the Artisteer release fixed update.
I haven't dared make any changes on my working theme. It's all that works.

I love Artisteer and hope this can get resolved soon.

Try adding the menu from Appearance-> Menus from your WP admin.

Hi Gary,
The main horizontal menu is there in Wordpress Appearance-> Menus from WP admin.
The horizontal menu does not appear on any new installs of Artisteer themes only.
Using the Mac version.

I'll suggest you to contact Artisteer support with your saved .artx file and temporary access to your WP admin.
