I don't know if it's feasible, but having a way to bundle plugins of our choosing (WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal, etc...) with the templates would push the Artisteer templates more towards the premium templates.

All premium templates come bundled with accordions, carts, facebook like buttons, etc... Adding this feature would help us make professional grade templates, and having a chance in competing with them.

Yeah +1, I understand you. But a work around I found is creating a template with content. With your content you can place HTML/CMS Widgets.

Yes, that;s true, but most of use use cms, and not static web sites. There is no way to push some of the WordPress plugins as an example, since they are php and not html.

Your idea needs exploring though, thanks.

I also need plugins bundled in artisteer but at the moment what I do I insert Html, Javascript codes relevant to blogger plus content in Artisteer for Blogger and it does the trick. Most CMS have a HTML Widget element to add and that where the tricks lies. To make work easy look for an app that generates widget codes that can be embed in your site. Eg I realised I dont need a shopping cart CMS eg OpenCart to sell my things online, I just need to insert the generated Shopping Cart codes into artisteer that Shopping Cart Software will generate and thats is what I am upto. Though not tried but think one can insert PHP or other specific codes for your specified CMS and then preview it your CMS.

Thanks

@Raymee
One can do manually by designing the layout of what you want to sell and lock the download items by hiding the page that has the downloadable item--one can do this in Artisteer then insert a paypal or other money transfer widget so as to reveal the pages and the buyer buys the good.

The second option is to look for a software that does that and that adds for more functionality that one can embed. An example is www.coffeecup.com/shopping-cart/ or search for shopping cart creator

Hope this might help
