How can I add a link on the left side refurring to a help layout on the right side? |

I am playing with this version, and can't find my way around it.
I have a bunch of html files (a help file)
that I want to show on the right side of my page
so I want a "Help" button on the left side in the menu.
How do I add such button? since I only can add buttons to a premade layout page.

ok, played some more, but getting nowhere..
I would like to purchase it, but without that option I have no use for this program..
I can't even find an option to import a html page ??
can't find an option to add a folder with my help (html files) and a js script file. so I can link to it..
Thought those are the basics for a Web design program.
Unless I am really missing something here.
Who can help?
