moodle 2.3.3 and artisteer - I have problems

I did a moodle theme with artister but the moodle 2..3.3 doesn't acept that.
Can somebody help-me?

I have created a moodle theme using 4.1 and moodle 2.3.2. I set the sheet width to fluid and I have got a sidebar as recommended moodle extension for artisteer 1.1. but the theme doesn't display even after clearing the theme cache. Have any of you managed to get it working? or is there something I am missing

I have the same problem as Sam. The theme doesn't show in the theme selector in Moodle 2.5x, has anybody solved this?

Hi,
Unfortunately Moodle 2.5 is not officially supported now, but the theme should appear in the theme list within Moodle. I suggest you to contact us via support system so we could inspect your issue in more details.

I had the same problem,
To make the theme show up in the selector:
1.
Open Settings > Site administration > Appearance > Themes > Theme Selector link
2.
Click on "Clear theme caches" button
3.
If you haven't enabled Theme Designer Mode then you need to do this first.
Settings > Site-Administration > Appearance > Themes > Theme setting - enable Theme Designer Mode
Click on "Clear theme caches" button
4.
See if your theme is on the list.
5.
If it doesn't show up, what a while and check again... I know it sounds stupid, but this has worked twice for me (the waiting part). It might be a secondary cache on the server???
6. REMEMBER to disable the Theme Designer Mode once you are able to select the template. This SLOWS the site down for everyone...

I had this problem the first time I created a moodle theme, I checked the published file and there was a single file with a generated error in it.
The published theme must contain a sidebar or column for it to work in moodle.
recreated the theme with a column and hey presto it works as expected.
I'm haveing a differant problem, I can't upload any files once the theme is installed.

I can't upload any files, documents, images or scorm files.
I doesn't make any difference if I choose any options,
I'll pick on scorm for an example as it's the most important.
I add a new activity, choose scorm, name the course and give it a description but the file pick just sits spinning.
When I use a default theme. it only spins for a second or two then displays the browse button.

Hi together,
We have also the problem, that the theme is not showing up in moode.
When i put the theme created with artisteer into an other theme folder, i receive a lot of errors.
Also the Input from Joe did not solve the problem.
We use moode 2.3.10 with artisteer 4.2.
Do you have an Idee?
