Just before I dump Flash forever what has changed between the v3 vs. the v4 implementation?
For example, using the latest versions of Firefox (even with FlashBlocker add-in), IE or Chrome this site displays the Flash on the Header:

And this Site only displays the Flash in IE (9)
http://www.northcoastcomputers.com/
What changed here or is it, as is common, the ineptitude of the coder :)
