Artisteer 4.0 export resizes incorrectly |

I'm exporting from Artisteer 4 to Joomla 2.5, but I expect this problem affects other export options.
The Sheet is supposed to be 1000px. The header image is 1000px X 130px. This image needs to line up with an image just below it so it needs to be pixel perfect. The Artisteer 3 template is fine.
I resize the header to fit the image. The sheet ends up 1010px which is fiune because there is a 5px border.
When I export, the box model (layout) comes out to 1001px inside the border (not sure why but I assume it is related to the incorrect header image size) and the header image is 1010px by 130px.
Obviously things don't work out, but when I replace header.png with the original file (1000px by 130px) everything is fine and the layout returns to 1000px (correct value).
Looks like the resize header function of A4 is not taking the border into account.
