Hi I am wondering if I could use the ASP.net templates (or any of the other features) in Artisteer to create something with these requirements:
1. Two different types of registrations (and logins), one for clients, and one for service providers. (Both clients and techs need to accept a legal disclosure agreement upon registration.)
2. A form for clients to submit support requests (tickets.)
3. A page for providers to view and accept tickets.
4. A function that automatically routes tickets to techs based on their service area.
and if so how I would go about doing that? Just looking for a pointer in the right direction.
