can you provide a phone number where I can talk to someone? the support desk gives me someone new every message iteration who never bothers to read through the thread, I have an issue with drop down menus not working in artisteer 4 and have been going in complete circles with support for three weeks. they keep asking me to do the same thing over when a simple review of the thread would show that I've tried their suggestions about 5 times now. getting very, very frustrated, please provide a number of someone I can talk to in order to resolve this, thanks you.

Event his should go into the support function not in the forums since it is rare that a dev actually reads through every post.
Or you could try explaining your issue here and someone might be able to offer the solution that you need.

Simply provide support persons the saved .artx file, exported template and temporary access to your CMS backend and request him/her to get it working for you.
