Das es keine Mac-Version geben soll, ist schon eine Frechheit.
Habe schliesslich dafür bezahlt und nun soll ich meinen Mac wegwerfen und eine Windows-Computer kaufen. Ihr seit ja schon komische Fritzen.
Grosse grosse Sauerei was Ihr hier bietet!?

Can I still get an old Artisteer for the Mac OS? Why did you cut us out?

Just So You Know:
New version of Wine and Crossover supports .NET frameworks. Artisteer 4.2 works very well.

Just run Windows 7 or 8 on Mavericks and you can run any Windows program you want. It works great.

I know I have loved using artisteer for windows but I am no different than the rest of the world I prefer working with a Mac if they are not going to support the mac then I will have to find an alternative. That is a shame because I am an IT consultant and I have converted multiple companies over to OSX. I really believe they are missing the boat not supporting Mac anymore.

I have downloaded the Artisteer 3.1.0.56366 trail version on my Mac.
How can i get the full version to Mac since Artisteer no longer support this.
I have read that they only support it for Microsoft
I need a Lincense Key and a Activation Key.

3.1 is a couple years old, so it's pretty obsolete compared to 4.3.
For now I run 4.3 on Windows7 with VirtualBox on my Mac, and that seems to work pretty well. The folks at Artisteer have another project in the works that's web based and that will work native in Safari.

Any ideas when this version is gonna come live?

Yes, it does work, it just doesn't have as many widget areas and it may bog down your macintosh.Quote Gitte:
I just want to now if its possible to use Artisteer on MAC?

I want to know why Windows users are getting all the updates for this while more people who design graphics and web stuff do it on Macs... I spend money for this expecting support and there has been nothing for like three years. I like.. almost want a refund, it doesn't look like I'd get one though.

They don't know how to get it to work on MAC correctly, so windows is easier to work on.

Artisteer gave up on Mac's years ago and complained it was too difficult to fix for later versions. That's why I gave up on them - they ignore a very large market and make up some of the stupidest excuses for not coming out with a Mac upgrade. As far as Mac users go, Artisteer could care less, so screw them.
Wonder on long this post will last; the deleted my last one.

I use MAC but have Parallels installed on my MAC, just so I can run Artisteer. Works great!

Stop asking for a Mac version, the people at Artisteer will tell you, like they have told me years ago. WE ARE WORKING ON IT
What a joke, they are not and do not care about the Mac community. don't waste your money. I've been down this road with Artisteer and even when you do manage to get the App to launch it does not work correctly.

If you want to run Artisteer 4.3 or the Themler desktop app on a Mac, CrossOver 14 is probably your only option. It's now on sale in a bundle for around $6 along with other apps, like Rapidweaver:

I just bought it myself.

A later release - 3.1.0.56366 - is actually listed on the downloads page, I notice. However, I've been using Artisteer 4 for Windows on my Macs by running Parallels. No problems at all, and with Parallels you hardly know you're using a virtual machine because it just opens on the Mac desktop. You'll need a Mac with at least 8Gb RAM though.

I bought Artisteer a few years ago and have been able to use it on Windows but bought a MAC laptop and can't even use it on mac.
Can someone provide the downloadble link that can be used on a mac computer?
Thanks!
