My Artisteer templates wont install in Joomla

My Artisteer templates wont install in Joomla.
Useing Artisteer v4 I created a typical standard template and tried to install in Joomla
I received this response: JInstaller: :Install: Cannot find XML setup file.

I received the same response when I used the basic Artisteer V3 template.

However I received this response when I tried to install the template I created in version 4 Artisteer: my file. There was an error uploading this file to the server.

I have altered the upload limit in php.ini from 2mb to 20 mb Artisteer still wont load yet a joomla provided template will load ok. Nice templates are not much good if they wont load.

Si I downloaded a free Joomla template and installed it and it worked so the fault must be Artisteer?

Come on Guys give me an answer.
Are the Artisteer templates in V3 and V4 compatable with Jpoomla 2.5??

There may be three things:

1- By mistake you are exporting some other CMS template instead of Joomla.

2- You are exporting as incorrect Joomla version.

3- You are trying to upload the saved .artx file instead of exported template.

Otherwise contacting Artisteer support with your exported template may be very helpful.
