I keep finding different fonts and sizes in the Content view for pages. Is there a way to globally set the font and size for all pages?

"Content" works for H1 thru H6, Text and Hyperlinks - you can set global font and sizes there. Or,

"Colors & Fonts" "Typography" then at the bottom of that Menu "Edit" - you can set font and size there.

Menu Items and Footer content, for example, have granular settings for Font attributes and if your content is still not reacting to the changes then "Right Click" and "Edit Source HTML" . - Remove any font styling to revert to your Global settings.

Or, when you've exported to HTML or Wordpress just go change the style.css file...

Certainly one or some or all of those should work.

Good Luck :)

Lots of fonts options are there under: Colors and fonts-> Typography-> Edit typography
