I've noticed that much of the example templates cant be reproduced, in that if I modify them it is often not possible to revert to the examples styling without using undo.
Have these example templates been created 100% with Artisteer?

They are made 100% with Artisteer. Some of them have some custom CSS entries however (Export->Options->Additional CSS).
